• Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
• Experience with multi-site operations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead across manufacturing, distribution, and repair to hit revenue and profit objectives.
• Drive Lean and Operational Excellence to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Build and manage a VAVE pipeline from ideation to financial validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize function vs cost.
• Consolidate performance reporting on shipments, working capital, and savings.
