Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead global organic search and AI-driven discovery across dotcom and marketplaces.

You will shape the strategy for product surfaces, AI integrations, and machine-readable content across regions and languages. You will own technical SEO foundations, coordinate with regional teams, and guide content, merchandising, and development to enable scalable, compliant, and high-quality SEO.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of digital marketing with hands-on, shipped technical SEO, ideally in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience in international SEO (hreflang, multi-market, multi-language) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global organic search and AI/LLM optimization strategy across dotcom and marketplaces to meet revenue and traffic goals.
• Own how HEYDUDE surfaces inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and on-platform marketplace assistants; build the content and structured data strategy for machine readability.
• Own the technical SEO foundation across regions and domains; conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits; optimize on-page elements and site architecture.
• Manage the international SEO layer as EMEA scales: hreflang, geo and language targeting, and market-specific technical setup.
• Extend SEO and AI discovery discipline into marketplaces; maintain product feed and metadata hygiene for Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
• Develop deep understanding of regional go-to-market calendars and initiatives; ensure structured data, feeds, and content are ready on day one for launches.
• Partner with content, merch, and other channels to ensure content is SEO-friendly and machine-readable; understand organic and AI discovery’s role in the marketing mix.
• Serve as the execution layer between tooling, dev, content, and merch; translate Botify findings into dev-ready specs and ship via Jira.
• Track organic and AI-driven discovery performance globally, monitor against forecast, and flag risk; test new opportunities while keeping signal over hype.
• Own execution and shipping with strategy and stakeholder comms; leverage agency and tooling partners for audits and recommendations.
