Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Organic & AI Discovery for HEYDUDE to own organic search and AI-driven discovery across the brand’s global digital business, including heydude.com and marketplace surfaces.

This role emphasizes SEO-first thinking with AI integration and cross-region scalability. You will lead technical SEO across regions, manage international SEO, and ensure product feeds and metadata render correctly for marketplaces while coordinating with content, merch, and regional

Qualifications

6+ years in digital marketing with hands-on, shipped technical SEO experience
Experience with SFCC and emerging AI technologies and LLMs
International SEO experience (hreflang, multi-language) preferred

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global organic search and AI/LLM optimization strategy across dotcom and marketplaces to meet revenue and traffic goals.
Own how HEYDUDE surfaces inside AI platforms and on-platform assistants, building the entity, content, and data strategy for machine-parseable surfaces.
Lead the technical SEO foundation across regions: keyword research, audits, on-page optimization, site architecture, internal linking, and crawl health.
Manage international SEO for EMEA scaling: hreflang, geo and language targeting, market-specific setup.
Extend SEO and AI discovery to marketplaces; ensure product feeds and metadata render correctly on Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
Develop deep understanding of regional GTM calendars and ensure data, feeds, and content are ready at launch for AI surface opportunities.
Collaborate with content, merch, and channel owners to keep content SEO-friendly and machine-readable.
Translate tooling findings into dev-ready specs in SFCC and coordinate across teams to present a single machine-readable story.
Monitor performance, forecast trends, and test opportunities while managing expectations with stakeholders.
Lead execution and shipping with a focus on strategy, prioritization, and partner collaboration.
