Job summary

True Religion seeks a Senior Manager of SEO & AI Discovery to own how the brand is found across traditional search, AI-powered answer engines, and generative platforms. You will set the organic visibility strategy, from technical SEO foundations to optimizing content for how AI systems retrieve, summarize, and cite information, directly impacting growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience across technical, on-page, and content strategy.
• Strong point of view on AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO/GEO).
• Deep understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and cite content (RAG, embeddings).
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits.
• Strong analytical skills to build a narrative from data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy aligned with goals.
• Own organic search performance: keywords, audits, site architecture, content.
• Lead AEO/GEO approach: schema, formatting for AI Overviews and AI answers.
• Monitor AI surfaces and improve share of voice across ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement structured data, crawlability, speed.
• Educate stakeholders and manage agencies to translate shifts into roadmap.
• Define, report, and track KPIs across traffic, rankings, AI citations, referrals.
• Manage tools/vendors like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
