Job summary

iCrossing is seeking a Sr. Manager, SEO to lead day-to-day SEO and GEO initiatives for large clients. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive organic growth, present results, and mentor junior staff. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office weekly and collaboration across strategy, media, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in SEO, strong analytics, and experience with GEO tactics and enterprise-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in SEO for agencies or large brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, CS, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and trends.
• Experience applying GEO tactics for enterprise brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO & GEO strategies aligned to client goals.
• Lead day-to-day client engagements and present results clearly.
• Mentor junior SEO staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
