Job summary

ZAGG Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & AEO to lead global organic search, content, and AI-driven optimization across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.

You will drive consumer acquisition and retention by integrating traditional SEO with AI/LLM technologies, while aligning with e-commerce growth goals. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• 6+ years in digital marketing and performance marketing with hands-on SEO for major e‑commerce brands.
• Experience driving global or regional growth (APAC/EMEA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global organic content marketing and SEO strategy across domains (e.g., zagg.com, mophie.com, international sites).
• Act as SME on organic search, AI technologies, and LLM optimization.
• Manage global agency partners; review technical recommendations & drive feedback.
• Own structured data, schema markup, and KPIs for AI visibility alongside traditional metrics.
• Prioritize SEO content projects by business impact and urgency.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Onsite, Merchandising, Global Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams.
