Job summary

ZAGG, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & AEO to lead global organic search and content strategies across regions. You will drive AI/LLM optimization, manage partners, and guide technical SEO initiatives for zagg.com and regional domains. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise SEO, collaboration across Marketing, Analytics, and Onsite teams, and a track record of growing e-commerce performance globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• 6+ years of digital marketing with deep SEO for a major e-commerce brand.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts.
• Experience with AI/LLMs and emerging AI technologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead global or regional growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SEO strategy and tactical execution for multiple domains.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid and organic efforts.
• Own data and KPIs for AI-visible search performance and traditional metrics.
• Manage global agency partners and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Develop content and schema strategies to improve AI answers and SERP visibility.
• Monitor, report, and optimize SEO initiatives across regions.
