Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead a strategic portion of the Genius portfolio. You will guide product strategy, roadmaps, and execution across POS and digital commerce, shaping a scalable PDLC and a product-led roadmap.

You will manage a team of Product Managers, partnering with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver customer-centric experiences and modernization initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Typically 10+ years of product management, product strategy, or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience with Point of Sale, digital ordering, commerce, hospitality technology.
• Experience building scalable product management processes, operating models, or Product Development Lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.
• Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for a portfolio of POS and digital commerce products.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for an integrated commerce portfolio.
• Establish and improve a scalable PDLC and product operating model.
• Drive the transition to a strategic, product-led roadmap informed by market opportunities.
• Lead the evolution of a connected commerce ecosystem across POS, self-service, mobile apps, web ordering, and digital channels.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product Delivery, and UX to define scalable solutions.
• Champion user experience modernization across operator-facing and customer-facing products.
• Lead modernization initiatives including mobile apps, digital ordering, and next-gen commerce experiences.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to inform roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and leadership to align investments with market needs.
• Provide thought leadership related to omnichannel commerce and AI-enabled capabilities.
