Job summary

Hyson™ is seeking a Senior Group Paralegal to provide high-level paralegal and legal-operations support across Force Motion Group (FMG) and its U.S. and global operations.

The role reports to the Vice President Human Resources and covers corporate governance, contract administration, compliance and ethics matters, investigations, and employment-related legal support. The successful candidate will manage legal documents, coordinate with external counsel, support eDiscovery, and maintain ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field.
• Formal paralegal qualification or ABA-approved program.
• Certified Paralegal (NALA/PACE) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level paralegal and legal-operations support to U.S. and global leaders.
• Manage legal and compliance matter intake, maintain files and trackers, meet deadlines.
• Support corporate governance and entity administration, including records and consents.
