Job summary

Force Motion Group (FMG) seeks a Senior Group Paralegal to provide high-level paralegal and legal-operations support across U.S. and global operations.

You will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and help manage governance, contracts, compliance, investigations, and external counsel coordination. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive paralegal experience at senior level.
• Experience supporting a large multi-entity corporate group.
• Experience in governance, contracts, compliance and investigations.
• Experience with U.S. matters and working with U.S. outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level paralegal and legal-operations support to U.S. and global leaders.
• Manage matter intake, files, trackers, deadlines and action items to completion.
• Support corporate governance, entity records, consents, minutes, and filings calendars.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, records, and communications with confidentiality.
• Lead contract administration: intake, templates, redlines, routing, repository, obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on various agreements.
• Support ethics and compliance hotline activities, intake, escalation and reports.
• Maintain hotline logs, investigations, and status reports for leadership.
• Assist with employment, litigation, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries as needed.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for VP HR and counsel.
• Support compliance programs, policy maintenance, training records and audits.
• Maintain HubEngage communications and ensure proper approvals before publication.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper document management and retention.
• Engage outside counsel as needed and track spend and invoices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials for legal and compliance teams.
• Build relationships with leaders while safeguarding confidential information.
