Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle seeks a Sr. Executive Recruiter to lead executive search for AWS Infrastructure Services, focusing on Director and VP roles. You will build long-term pipelines across AMER, EMEA, APAC and partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and engage top talent.

You will advise on market dynamics, compensation, succession planning, and drive a data-driven, high-touch candidate experience with discretion and impact at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• 7+ years in corporate or search-firm recruiting with passive engineering focus.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, tech operations, and product management.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive search for Director and VP roles across AWS Infrastructure Services.
• Build long-term, engaged pipelines across AMER, EMEA, APAC markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Lead succession planning with market intelligence and proactive pipeline development.
• Develop sourcing strategies via direct outreach, referrals, events, and executive search methods.
• Assess candidates on leadership, technical scope, scale, and cultural fit with Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Deliver talent briefs, search updates, and market insights to senior stakeholders.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market dynamics and compensation.
• Coordinate with Coordinators and Research staff to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Contribute to process improvements in specialty recruiting.
