Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting at executive level experience
• 10+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level experience
• 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience
• 5+ years of advising and influencing leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Partner with research (and conduct your own) to identify and cultivate candidates that enable our ability to innovate and scale the business
• Create unique search strategies to identify and deliver the right leaders for the right roles
• Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how Amazon connects with senior level science talent
• Contribute to knowledge base of the team and recruiting community by sharing industry intelligence
• Build science talent networks in technology and education sectors, sustaining evergreen candidates
• Own business and stakeholder relationships, advising and coaching with executive hiring managers and their teams
• Conduct informational/exploratory calls, phone screens, interviews and references; participate in hiring decisions throughout the life cycle
