Job summary
Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Director, Clinical Platforms to lead the clinical platforms product marketing strategy worldwide for flow cytometry instruments, reagents, software, and services.
You will align with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, PMO and Sales to drive portfolio success. The role manages regional forecasts, pricing strategies, and market access considerations, supports regulatory clearances with CRO partners, and builds a high-impact Clinical Platforms team to deliver
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biology/chemistry/biochemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or business development.
- Experience with IVD-cleared products and regulatory space; strong people management preferred.
- Experience launching products in relevant fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage product marketing plans and region-specific input.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, PMO and CRO partners for IVD clearances.
- Gather market and customer data, forecast revenue and pricing strategies.
- Develop lifecycle plans and regional market-based forecasts; drive growth and profitability.
- Create promotional tools and coordinate marketing communications and events.
