Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in field sales, junior product management, or regional marketing is required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the flow cytometer products and Cytek brand.
• Develop VOC/market research surveys to inform product development and requirements.
• Translate customer needs into measurable product requirements with R&D
• Develop commercialization and launch plans for new instruments or software.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with reagent and bioinformatics goals.
• Forecast market opportunities, pricing, and lifecycle management for the portfolio.
• Generate promotional content and coordinate conferences/tradeshows with global teams.
• Drive customer engagement through meetings, webinars, and web-based tools.
