Job summary

Cytek Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Global Product Manager to drive the strategic direction of the flow cytometer business. Responsibilities include managing product development, conducting market research, and ensuring customer requirements are met during product launch.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of product management experience, especially in RUO laboratory instrumentation, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. An M.B.A. is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in RUO laboratory instrumentation.
• Practical experience in common research cytometry applications preferred.
• 2+ years experience in field sales or regional marketing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing strategy for the flow cytometer cell analyzer business.
• Develop product requirements through VOC and market research.
• Formulate customer requirements and work with R&D on product specifications.
