Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven sales and sales-management leadership in life science tools.
• 12+ years in sales leadership within life science tools/related industries.
• 8+ years people-management, incl. 3+ years leading managers.
• Experience at Director/Senior Director/VP level preferred.
• Experience with global/multi-region teams and channels.
• Background in flow cytometry or life science capital equipment.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and business acumen.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to hit global sales targets.
• Partner with Finance and leadership to develop budgets and review performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing on global product strategy and training.
• Advise on annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and costs.
• Oversee Sales administrative duties and asset management.
• Generate opportunities through regional and global events.
• Ensure CRM is configured to track progress and forecast accuracy.
• Develop global and regional incentive plans to drive results.
• Lead global sales meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Optimize sales organization structure and coverage.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners.
