Job summary

Cytek Biosciences seeks a VP of Global Sales, Solutions & Clinical to steer the worldwide commercial strategy and execution for its Solutions & Clinical business. This executive will organize and lead global sales and applications teams to achieve revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in life science tools, flow cytometry, or related capital equipment markets, and a proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and develop high-performing sales leaders.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience within life science tools, clinical diagnostics, medical devices, capital equipment, or a related industry.
8+ years of people-management experience, including at least 3+ years managing Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, or other second-line leaders.
Director/Senior Director/VP experience leading multi-region or global sales organizations preferred.
Experience with direct and indirect/distributor channel models in global or multi-region contexts.
Previous flow cytometry or life science capital-equipment experience required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional sales leadership to meet quarterly global sales targets and manage direct and indirect channels.
Develop annual budgets, report monthly performance, and participate in leadership meetings.
Lead global sales meetings, forecasts, and incentive plans to drive revenue growth.
Optimize talent, structure, coverage, and resources to align with evolving market opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
