Job summary

Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Senior Director for Clinical Platforms to drive the clinical marketing and product strategy across flow cytometry instruments, reagents, and software. You will lead a global team, partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, PMO, and Sales, and shape the product portfolio and market access strategies.

The role requires 12+ years in product management or marketing with IVD exposure, strong leadership, and launch experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline, or equivalent.
• An MBA is strongly preferred for strategic leadership.
• 12+ years in product management, marketing, or business development with pricing and forecasting experience.
• Experience with IVD-cleared products and regulatory environments.
• Direct people management experience is preferred.
• Previous product launch experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product marketing plans and input into development teams.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and PMO to support clinical studies and regulatory clearances.
• Gather market and competitor insights, forecast revenue, and set pricing strategies.
• Assess ancillary product opportunities and define requirements.
• Lead lifecycle management and regional market-based forecasts with commercial teams.
• Create promotional tools and coordinate seminars, meetings, and trade shows.
• Maintain financial models including pricing and reimbursement approaches.
• Develop market access and regional reimbursement knowledge.
