Qualifications

• Lead and mentor Clinical Operations staff and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across global clinical development programs.
• Oversee portfolio to align studies with priorities, milestones, quality, budgets.
• Lead planning and execution of trials from start-up to closeout.
• Develop robust strategies and accelerated delivery plans for development objectives.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks affecting study delivery.
