Emerson is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager - Semiconductor to lead global strategies for the Precision Fluid Control SEMI segment. You will own market intelligence, VOC programs, and portfolio opportunities, partnering with Product, MarCom, and Sales to drive launches and customer adoption.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in semiconductors or related high-tech markets are required, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, or Segment Marketing in a related high-tech field.
Strong ability to translate market insights into portfolio opportunities and growth initiatives.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market and competitive intelligence.
Proven written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner of semiconductor market intelligence including trends and growth drivers.
Lead VOC activities to identify customer challenges and portfolio opportunities.
Document and recommend portfolio opportunities for review with leadership.
Partner with Product Management to translate insights into roadmap and priorities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support launches and adoption.
Develop and execute the semiconductor growth strategy and strategic account opportunities.
