Qualifications

• Experience developing market strategies and translating insights into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the segment marketing strategy for the global Motion Control business.
• Build market intelligence including sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches and growth programs.
• Guide positioning, messaging, and pricing to differentiate the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate market needs into opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications on customer engagement and demand generation.
• Identify whitespace and partnerships to support long-term growth.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to measure program effectiveness.
• Coach the Segment Marketing team to build capability and collaboration.
