Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Director, Semiconductor Global Portfolio Management to lead the development and execution of innovative hardware and software offerings for semiconductor customers. This role will shape long-term roadmaps, align with VOC, and collaborate across Honeywell Technologies' groups.

Travel up to 20% domestically/internationally, with hybrid work from multiple U.S. offices including Charlotte, Houston, Lincolnshire, and Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in offering/ product management or related roles with a focus on semiconductor or high‑tech industries.
• Proven track record in managing both hardware and software product offerings, including new product introductions.
• Strong experience in direct VOC collection and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units and functions to drive product innovation and alignment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry dynamics, technologies, and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap development, and execution for new semiconductor product offerings, integrating hardware and software components.
• Utilize VOC collection and customer insights to identify and prioritize new product introduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Honeywell Technologies' strategic business groups to drive innovation and alignment on product development and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop long-term product and technology roadmaps tailored to semiconductor customer requirements and market trends.
• Engage with semiconductor customers and internal stakeholders to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging market analysis, customer feedback, and technology advancements.
