Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in offering management, product management, or related roles focused on semiconductor/high-tech.
• Proven track record in hardware and software product offerings including new product introductions.
• Strong experience in direct VOC collection and translating insights into product strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units to drive product innovation.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry dynamics and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution for new semiconductor product offerings (hardware and software).
• Use direct VOC to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and align on development and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop long-term roadmaps tailored to semiconductor customer requirements and market trends.
