Responsibilities

• Coordinate with domestic clients and Production Centers to manage shipment of semen and embryos.
• Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity and documentation accuracy.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining customer service logs.
• Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation, logistics coordination, and invoicing.
• Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
