Vylor Inc. in Johnston, IA, seeks a Global Seed Operations Quality Assurance Leader to drive the QMS worldwide. You will implement quality policies, lead regional QA teams, and optimize processes for product launches and regulatory alignment.

The role requires international travel, strong ISO 9001 experience, and a proven track record in global QA leadership within seed operations. Hybrid work with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon–Fri is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Agricultural Sciences, Business/Management, Seed science, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience leading global QA teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel internationally and translate strategy into action.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Global Seed Operations QMS leader and Process Owner for quality policies and standards.
• Coach regional QA Specialists to drive global alignment and capability.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute the global QA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate audits, incidents, and corrective actions across regions.
• Oversee QA capital planning and governance for quality tools.
