Vylor seeks a Global Seed Operations Quality Assurance Leader in Johnston, IA to drive the Quality Management System across global operations. The role leads QA strategy, policies and tools, guiding regional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, risk management and process management.
• Experience with auditing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Travel ability (international) and capacity to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Seed Operations QMS leader and process owner for quality policies and standards.
• Lead and develop regional QA Specialists to drive global alignment.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute the global QA strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, management reviews and corrective actions.
