Job summary

Google seeks a GSST Technology Enablement Manager to drive operational excellence by transforming regional security needs into structured technology solutions. You will bridge end-users and engineering teams, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of security projects and deployments across Sunnyvale and other U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating ambiguous operational requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure delivered systems meet operational benchmarks and match the original intent.
