Job summary

Google in Sunnyvale is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) sub team. You will transform regional security needs into structured, landed technology solutions and serve as the bridge between end-users and technical teams to manage security deployments.

You will collaborate with security operations, GSOC, and cross-functional partners to drive programs, establish intake processes, and document training frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating needs into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage vendors, and deliver training.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks to ensure systems meet operational benchmarks and gather feedback.
