Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security or related field.
• Significant experience in physical security and investigations.
• Experience managing security projects and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of physical security risk management, security tech, and regulatory/compliance programs.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Strong communication, analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise physical security, resilience, and security risk-management programs across locations in the United States, Latin America, and Asia.
• Lead security risk assessments and translate findings into mitigation recommendations.
• Provide leadership for access control, CCTV, guard services, and security technology programs.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen resilience via crisis management, business continuity, travel security, and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate security audits, investigations, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Oversee security vendors and service providers, defining performance and cost expectations.
• Develop security metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to inform management decisions.
• Lead complex security investigations and liaise with law enforcement and senior management.
