The Chemours Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Security & Resilience, based in Wilmington, DE, to lead enterprise physical security, resilience, investigations, and risk-management programs. You will collaborate with global teams to protect people, operations, assets, and reputation while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role requires 15+ years in corporate security or related fields, strong leadership, and knowledge of security technologies and regulatory programs.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Significant professional experience in physical security and investigations.
• Experience managing security projects and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of physical security risk management, security technology, and regulatory/compliance programs.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise physical security, resilience, and security risk-management programs across locations.
• Lead security risk assessments and translate findings into mitigations.
• Provide leadership for access control, CCTV, guard services, and other physical-security controls.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational resilience including crisis management and business continuity.
• Oversee security compliance with requirements such as Responsible Care, MTSA, HM-232, and TISAX.
• Coordinate security audits, investigations, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Manage security vendors and service providers and optimize cost and service delivery.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure program effectiveness.
• Lead security investigations and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
• Enhance security awareness and training for site and regional leaders.
