Job summary
The Chemours is seeking a Global Business EHS & Operations Sustainability Leader to join our Operations team. This role leads governance, monitoring, audits, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement across sites, reporting to the Global Operations VP.
You will partner with Plant Managers and EHS groups to drive sustainable performance and corporate responsibility goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in High Hazard Industrial Manufacturing, strong change leadership, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Environmental, Health, and Safety, Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provides high quality, felt leadership to all Titanium Technologies Operations by intense site engagement, including field & EHS systems auditing.
- Identifies and sometimes leads execution of opportunities to simplify processes and deliver business value.
- Develops business EH&S strategy and objectives with alignment of leadership team, sites and Enterprise EHS & Operations Sustainability strategy.
- Ensures appropriate MOC-P for site EHS resources; coaches and mentors site resources, and inputs into Enterprise EHS talent management.
