Job summary

Pavion in Greenville, SC is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit. This role leads project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communications across security integration projects.

You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction on complex installations in enterprise, healthcare, and data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integration.
• Experience managing multiple projects with on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Manage resources to meet milestones and budget constraints.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain regular stakeholder communication.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain contracts, schedules, and change orders; prepare status reports.
• Control budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Closeout projects with client sign-off and post-project reviews.
