Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6+ years in a project management role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Degree in PM/Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work, timelines, design, and budget for projects.
• Administer contracts, permits, and licenses to ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports including Schedule of Values, time tracking, and job costing.
• Oversee technicians and coordinate with departments and clients.
• Track schedules and costs to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and management.
