Job summary

Pavion seeks a talented Project Manager to join our security business unit, focusing on technical execution and client coordination. You will plan, schedule, oversee installations, and ensure projects meet quality and budget expectations across diverse sectors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, 5+ years in the industry, a CAPM or PMP certification, and strong skills with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with 5+ years’ industry experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• CAPM or PMP certification (active or in progress).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to meet technical standards and goals.
• Maintain schedules, plans, specs, and project records.
• Lead project team meetings and manage day-to-day activities.
• Monitor risks, changes, and budget to keep projects on track.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance across installations.
