Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Global Account Director to lead a major client’s security program on a global scale. You will provide strategic direction, oversee delivery of risk management services, and align programs with client objectives across regions.

The role requires extensive senior security leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of implementing best practices while guiding cross-functional teams. Hybrid in-office/remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five or more years of global senior security management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Able to interact with and influence senior management to further global security programs.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact to ensure high-quality customer service for the assigned account.
• Evaluate service quality and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Develop innovative programs to exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate benchmarking and cost-saving practices across the account.
• Build global service networks and strong relationships with alliance partners.
• Provide leadership of the senior leadership team supporting the client’s security programs.
• Review budgets, security deployments, and strategic plans with the client.
