Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Security Coordinator to support global security programs, field travel duty of care, risk assessments, and incident response. You will coordinate security projects, monitor events, and report results to partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in security or law enforcement, strong communication, project management skills, and the ability to analyze information and generate actionable reports. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of security or law enforcement experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of project/process management.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Able to analyze information, develop reports, and share outputs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Manage the cycle of work involved in field level security programs with Global Security leaders.
• Ensure completion of field work in support of Global Security programs.
• Provide duty of care support to all client-based travelers.
• Monitor security events that may impact travelers.
• Conduct security risk assessments and address threats to the organization.
• Communicate with stakeholders to drive timely completion of work.
• Track results and corrective action plans and report findings.
• Oversee security technologies and access control to protect assets.
• Coordinate executive protection assignments and security projects.
