Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Global Clients Americas security program across multiple client locations. You will own strategy, service delivery, and financial performance, driving outcomes that matter to clients and the business.

In this high-visibility role you’ll collaborate with client stakeholders, branch teams, and partners worldwide, deliver continuous improvement, align with client goals, and manage a complex, multi-site program with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in business management, security management, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing key accounts or complex programs, ideally in a multi-site or global environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including comfort with P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Comfortable with extensive travel (around 50%) and working across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead security program strategy for assigned global client account(s).
• Coordinate and oversee security program delivery across locations.
• Manage P&L ownership and budgeting for the account.
• Drive process improvement and standardization across the program.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and partners across regions.
• Coordinate global service delivery and adapt to the GCA model.
