Job summary

RGA is seeking a GSOC Security Officer to support global offices and protect people and property. You will monitor security systems, manage credentialing, alarms, video analytics, and incident response, with rotating on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in law enforcement or related security fields, experience with security IT and Genetec, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; college education preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security officer license.
• 5+ years in law enforcement, security, military or related field.
• Genetec security system experience preferred.
• Experience with EZ Lobby Visitor Management System.
• Valid driver’s license and security licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security system database for credentialing of employees and contractors.
• Provide 24/7 security support for global offices via Genetec system.
• Serve as GSOC member with rotating on-call status for access issues.
• Monitor alarms, analytics, and resolve security incidents.
