Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position; master's preferred.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive security leadership in a large organization or equivalent.
• Ability to lead security personnel and influence cross-functional partners across sites.
• Experience with site security operations, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct site Security Operations and security support for affiliate locations.
• Provide oversight for proprietary site security personnel; manage staffing, training, readiness.
• Serve as Global Security contact for assigned locations; coordinate with site leadership.
• Develop and maintain security and emergency protocols with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, fires, chemical events, weather and other disruptions.
• Provide timely security assessments and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor SOPs, service expectations, and KPIs for Security Operations.
• Support Global Security initiatives, site transitions, and technology implementations.
• Provide leadership for SOC operations or coordinate with the center as needed.
• Manage security service contracts, vendor relationships, and compliance.
• Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, POs, and reconciliation of security expenses.
• Coordinate training and outreach for employees and affiliates; ensure policy compliance.
