Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in training, learning & development or related discipline.
• Proven experience designing, implementing and improving training programs in global/matrixed organizations.
• Strong governance, data-driven measurement and stakeholder feedback skills.
• Excellent project management, executive communication and cross-functional execution abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in training design and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of the global security training program and ensure governance standards are met.
• Develop, implement, maintain and improve security training curricula across regions and roles.
• Translate role-based requirements into curricula, learning pathways, and implementation plans.
• Assess training needs and implement scalable learning solutions.
• Maintain role-based training plans, onboarding, recurring training, and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, tracking, reporting and governance for training compliance.
