Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• ASIS CPP or PSP certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of security leadership experience in a large organization.
• Ability to lead across multiple sites and geographic locations.
• Experience with site security operations, emergency preparedness, incident response, investigations, and business continuity coordination.
• Strong communication, judgment, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to affiliate locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct site Security Operations to meet business and security goals.
• Oversee proprietary site security personnel, staffing, training, and readiness.
• Serve as Global Security point of contact for affiliate locations and coordinate security support.
• Develop and maintain security and emergency protocols with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and other operational disruptions.
• Provide timely assessments and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish SOPs, service expectations, and KPIs for Security Operations.
• Support Global Security initiatives and site transitions and technology deployments.
• Provide leadership for SOC operations or coordination as assigned.
• Manage security contracts, vendors, and compliance.
• Oversee financial admin for security ops, including budgets and PO handling.
• Coordinate Global Security training and outreach for staff and affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
