Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or related certifications preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in law enforcement, military, or relevant corporate security role.
• Prior management experience with team leadership.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategically implement the company's Executive Protection program.
• Oversee security for corporate aircraft and related assets.
• Provide effective investigative services and threat management.
• Develop and deliver an executive protection program.
• Supervise security services responding to crimes and safety threats.
• Protect aviation assets and liaise with authorities on protection and investigations.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate third‑party service providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and risk data; ensure policy compliance.
