Allied Universal is hiring an Intelligence Analyst to support the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). You will oversee investigations for a high-profile client, lead a team of GSOC Operators and Junior Analysts, and collaborate with Senior Management to prioritize tasks, ensure quality control, and clearly communicate expectations.

The role requires a security intelligence/analysis background, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Intelligence, Threat Analysis or related field
• 2+ years civilian or military intelligence analysis experience
• Fusion Center/law enforcement/security intelligence background
• Strong research, analysis and assessment skills
• Ability to direct tasks to GSOC Operators and Junior Analysts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Aptitude to expand geopolitical awareness
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
• Ability to work flexible/on-call schedules
• Self-start and can operate with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate analytical/investigative reports for accuracy and quality; disseminate to decision-makers
• Assess security assignments, define problems and develop action plans to mitigate risks
• Prioritize information to aid global risk mitigation for people, assets, and brand
• Initiate intelligence reporting for significant events; provide client-facing insights
• Proofread briefings and assist in executive communications
• Advise on admin/support functions; develop procedures
• Contribute to business continuity exercises and security reviews
• Produce analyses, assessments and verbal briefs using expert judgment
• Manage the intelligence cycle from collection to delivery of intelligence
• Create threat assessments and security alerts for dissemination across the organization
• Lead/global security projects; collaborate with senior management
• Maintain relations with law enforcement and intelligence communities
• Enhance intelligence collection plans and validate sources
• Improve operating procedures for intelligence operations
• Recommend actions for security controls and intelligence development
