Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a seasoned go-to-market leader to own worldwide executive GTM strategy across the Security, Identity, and Governance portfolio. You will define priorities, build scalable programs, and enable global field and sales teams to accelerate secure cloud adoption.

You will translate customer signals into strategy, report on ROI, and partner with global teams to pilot and scale programs. Travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GTM, BD, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional.
• Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide GTM executive strategy for the SIG portfolio: define priorities, create narratives that resonate, and build mechanisms, stages, success metrics, and playbooks to scale worldwide.
• Channel executive customer and field insight into structured feedback loops that influence AWS leadership priorities and SIG product direction, driving advocacy and measurable adoption.
• Coach and enable the field on executive engagement, provide advisory services on GTM execution, account strategy, and program adoption.
• Own the operating cadence and reporting that measure GTM effectiveness and program health.
• Partner with global teams to pilot, launch, and scale executive GTM programs, traveling up to 40% as needed.
