Job summary

Meta seeks a senior leader to join the Global Security - DEC team, driving design and engineering for secure, scalable infrastructure in corporate environments. You will guide cross-functional teams, integrate security standards into workplace design, and support executive-level initiatives with innovative processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP/Architectural/Structural/Civil) or related field.
• 5+ years in large-scale corporate/tech/industrial design, construction, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and monthly project reports.
• Familiarity with physical security principles and building systems.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Security certifications such as PSP/CPP/CPTED preferred.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery for large-scale corporate/tech/industrial projects.
• Guide scalable design solutions for technology and non-technology building systems.
• Ensure physical security standards are integrated into GWS processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly project reports for multiple projects.
• Manage projects and large teams to meet target delivery dates.
• Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GWS and Global Security across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and streamline design processes and tools to improve efficiency.
