Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team. You will design, engineer, integrate, operate, and maintain security solutions for federal, local, and commercial clients, across high-growth markets.

The role requires coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team, leading complex projects, and mentoring project execution through design excellence processes. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare technical submittals (Product Data, O&M, Warranty) with team.
• Support lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and field staff.
• Lead design reviews and client communications.
• Provide site surveys and field troubleshooting.
