Gallagher is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the Global Safety & Security leadership. You will act as the administrative backbone, keeping governance, risk, and compliance on track and audit-ready while enabling leadership to focus on strategy and program maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Safety and Security.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in business operations, program management, governance, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance calendars and manage annual policy reviews.
• Track risk, compliance, and operations for audit readiness.
• Support vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract tracking.
• Develop and maintain KPI and performance reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, action tracking, and leadership priorities.
• Assist budgeting, procurement, and operational administration.
