Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in freight forwarding or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding preferred.
• Completion of industry-related courses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment communications with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Escalate carrier/service issues to supervisor.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and Hellmann offices.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review charges and invoices.
• Enter and track shipping milestones and documentation.
