Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis on organization.
• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in freight forwarding industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own shipment-level communication with customers, carriers and vendors.
• Escalate recurring carrier/service issues to supervisor.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers and Hellmann offices.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process shipments per SOPs and applicable regulations.
