Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Development.
• 2+ years as an Account Executive.
• 2+ years mentoring/coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the SDR Internship program and serve as global lead for the SDR Internship program.
• Define curricula, core competencies, and evaluate program ROI and conversion metrics.
• Develop and scale peer-to-peer mentoring and onboarding buddy programs across regions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design and implement a talent sourcing strategy for early career hires.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the early career hiring process globally and track requisitions.
